Frötunas gluten-free loaf

2 cups (gluten-free oatmeal)

5 cups gluten free flour (mix the varieties you want, such as buckwheat flour, organic corn flour, rice flour)

1 cup flax seeds

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup pumpkin seeds

(1 cup raisins or other dried fruit)

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 tsp salt

4 cups yogurt

1/2 cup agave 

1/2 cup unsweetened (lingonsylt) jam

How to use:

Mix the dry ingredients and then add the remaining ingredients.

Bake in a 1 1/2 liter bread loaf pan at about 175 degrees for one hour.
