In a frittata you take what you have in vegetables.
2 cups milk
1 cup cream
2 cups Parmesan or Feta cheese
salt and pepper
Slice the onions and peppers or other vegetables as you see fit. These you add in the bottom of a greased ovenproof dish. Whisk together eggs, milk, cream and spices. Pour over the vegetables and place in the oven at 175 degrees until nicely baked.
Serve with green salad and a "colorful salad of beets."
