Granola
8 cup oatmeal
1 cup flax seed
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup almonds
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup grated coconut

1.5 cups of organic apple juice
1 cup sunflower oil
2 teaspoons freshly ground cardamom
2 tsp cinnamon

150-200 gr dried fruit or berries

Chop almonds and hazelnuts. Mix it with grains, seeds in a large bowl. 
Take out a saucepan and pour apple juice, oil and spices. Heat the mixture gently, stirring for a few minutes, but do not let it boil.
Pour the mixture over the dry ingrediens in the bowl. Mix well together and spread on two sheets covered with parchment paper.
Toast in oven, 175 degrees, about 30 minutes, stirring at least three times during the period. It burns easily! Granola is ready when it is lightly golden brown. Wait a little longer if you want really crunchy granola.
Take out the sheets and let cool slightly. Pour the dried fruit, stir and store in an airtight jar.
