Stephano Sabetti´s essential spirituality opens up doors, gently and quickly by helping us to accept, who we are and what we have to do. His radical view proposes that the key to spiritual experience is based on resonances, which can be felt in the body and seen in daily life messages. Two of the methods are:

Essential Inquiry which is a systematic exploration that may start anyplace. Yet it leads, if followed completely, to the death of illusions, excuses, worries and goals. Essential Inquiry asks us if we are open to the facts of who we are – without filters.

It invites us to examine what is real and what is illusion. It's also an inner examination of what makes us happy, feel joy or experience love. It insists we stay honest, focus on issues we'd rather avoid and confront all of our dramas, denials and fears. Essential Inquiry becomes with practice an effective method of going beyond beliefs, excuses, images, patterns and fantasies about who we are essentially.

Process Meditation which unlike traditional methods emphasizes an "inner knowing" through the spontaneous surrender to the Source. Process Meditation is the yin aspect that invites us to follow the energy threadfrom one learning moment to another, deepen our feelings and learn to surrender to the acceptance of spiritual process and subtle movements

Teacher: Stèphano Sabetti, Ph.D in Counselling Psychology has in his direct and humorous way been teaching spiritual consciousness for more than 30 years. He is the author of books such as ”The Wholeness Principle", "Waves of Change", "Path of No Way and the One".
